Maxima

This variety (Gigantochloa pseudoarundinacea) is tall and vertical, with creamy white stripes on green culms. This plant reaches up to 50 feet, making it suitable as a bold statement in the landscape or as a tall hedgerow for larger properties. The leaves are very large and branches can be pruned to highlight the beautiful culms which can reach 4-5 inches in diameter. This variety is currently only available in 7-gallon pots.
